Taxi ride-sharing program begins Wednesday in Manhattan
Starting Wednesday morning, New Yorkers can share taxi rides from three locations: West 57th, West 72nd and East 72nd streets.
The city’s cab share program was to launch last Friday but was delayed by the snowstorm. The program allows commuters to share rides at a cost of up to $4 per person, not including tips.
