A Bronx man was arrested yesterday and charged with attempted murder for firing at least two shots in a parking garage on East 107th Street near Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, one of which grazed the head of a 13-year-old, police said.

Miguel Padilla, 44, of Webster Avenue in the Bronx, will also face weapons possession, reckless endangerment and other charges, police said.

Padilla had gotten into a fight with the injured boy’s mom before he fired the shots Saturday afternoon, according to police.

The boy was hospitalized in stable condition and was recovering from his wound yesterday.
