Teen shot, killed in Hamilton Heights building

A teen, 17, was shot and killed in the lobby of his Hamilton Heights apartment building just before midnight Friday, police said.

The perpetrator may been angered at having been refused entry to a party at Malinche Deli at Edgecombe Avenue, police said.

Police found Ruben Larios with two gunshot wounds to his torso at 11:23 p.m. Friday.

Larios, who was thought to be connected with the party, was pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital. No arrests have been made.
