Here’s some of the restaurant news we’re most excited about this week:

A chain we can get behind
‘inoteca’s Jason Denton told Eater that he and his brother, Joe, plan to expand their small-plates empire to Brooklyn and TriBeCa sometime in the next six months. The TriBeCa locale, which will feature Mediterranean/French fare as opposed to the usual Italian food, should be open in the next two or three months. The Williamsburg location is slated to open in five or six months.

Bobby Flay’s burgers coming to NYC
Those of us who missed out on tasting Bobby Flay’s award winning burger at the New York City Wine and Food Festival’s Burger Bash last weekend, will soon be able to taste what all the rage is about. The Food Network star told Grub Street that he’s currently searching the city for locations to open his Bobby’s Burger Palace.
