The Rangers find their groove

The Rangers might not have had the start they were seeking in a lockout-shortened season, but things are starting to look up.
After a disappointing 3-4 run in January, the Rangers have flipped the calendar and won three of four in February to put them over .500 for the first time in 2013.
"We're starting to see it [come together]," Ryan Callahan told Newsday. "There's still things we need to work on. But altogether, I think we are getting better game by game."
The Rangers, who face the Bruins in Boston tonight, currently sit in eighth place in the Eastern Conference, seven points behind the first-place Devils.
Much of the Rangers' success last season - when they earned the top seed in the conference - can be attributed to the play of goalie Henrik Lundqvist. This year, the Vezina Trophy winner has played in 10 of the team's 11 games.
Without a preseason to prepare for the games that count, Lundqvist had to get into game shape on the fly. As his play has improved, so has the team's.
If Lundqvist's last two games are any indication, the Rangers could be a scary opponent going forward. His save percentage was above .900 in both contests.
