Edvard Munch's "The Scream" is going on display Wednesday at the Museum of Modern Art.

The famous painting is one of four original versions made by Munch, and is being loaned to the museum by a private collector through April. It was sold at Sotheby's in May for nearly $120 million, a record for a piece of auctioned art.

"The Scream," which was created in 1895, is being shown with other works from the same period.
