The circus arrived in town weeks ago, but the time has come for the Jets' three-ring act to kick off the real show. As Gang Green gets set to take on the Bills at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, here's what to watch for:

The Tebow factor

It's no secret that starting quarterback Mark Sanchez will be sharing at least some snaps with backup Tim Tebow, as new offensive coordinator Tony Sparano runs a Wildcat-style set.

With coach Rex Ryan promising to unleash the play package for the first time this weekend, Buffalo will have to account for an unfamiliar offense.

Battle in the trenches

The Jets failed to address their right tackle problem until they finally shipped Wayne Hunter to the Rams less than two weeks before the season, with Austin Howard taking his place.

On the flip side, Buffalo made strengthening its up-and-coming pass rush a top priority by signing defensive end Mario Williams. To stop the Bills, center Nick Mangold and company will have to be at their best.

Offensive offenses

The Jets failed to score a touchdown until the final preseason game, and no Week 1 starters were involved in the play. Buffalo's offense, led by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, didn't fare very well during the exhibition season, either. Both teams went 0-4, but someone has to win this week.
