Tiki Barber finally agrees on terms for his divorce

Tiki Barber, the ex-Giant who was cavorting with his then-23-year-old mistress in 2010 while his wife, Ginny, was in the hospital pregnant with twins, has finally reached a divorce agreement with his ex, according to the New York Post.

Barber, 36, who staged a failed comeback attempt to the NFL last year, and his Maxim-model inamorata Traci Lynn Johnson, were reportedly eager to marry this Spring, but Barber and Ginny, who have eight and nine-year-old boys and twin girls born in May of last year, were wrangling over money.

Attorneys for the pair did not return requests for comment, but Ginny's lawyer told the New York Post "everything is resolved."

Johnson apparently met Barber - who turns 37 on Saturday - in 2008 when she was an NBC intern and he was pursuing a broadcasting career with the network. NBC dropped him in 2010, after news of the affair erupted in the tabloids.

Tuesday night Johnson tweeted "Café Lux NYC with nomes, jones and @Barber_Tiki for a long waited celebratory dinner xoxo."
