Traffic cop set fire to car, lied in police report: NYPD

Cops arrested a traffic officer Tuesday for allegedly setting a car on fire and filing a false police report.
Officers from the 69th Precinct in Canarsie picked up Quinnterri Brown, 33, anwho was charged with him arson, grand larceny, insurance fraud, conspiracy and filing a false instrument.
No one was hurt by the fire, according to the spokesman.
