Two charged with prostitution at Bellmore spa

Two women working at a Bellmore spa were arrested and charged with prostitution Wednesday afternoon, police said.

Hong Yang, 40, and Li Zhang, 35, both of Flushing, worked at Sundy Spa Body/Foot Rub, 2809 Merrick Rd., police said.

According to police, the two women performed illegal massages on undercover officers and offered to perform sexual acts in exchange for money. Neither woman is licensed to practice massage therapy, police said.

Yang and Zhang were scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning at First District Court in Hempstead.
