Two more people were hit, one fatally, by subways over the weekend.
Sunday morning, a man was killed after jumping in front of an E train at the 23rd Street station, marking the fifth time in seven days someone was hit by a train.
Around 9:43 p.m. on Saturday, a man stumbled onto the tracks at the 161st Street D station when a southbound train came in, police said.
The train severed the victim's legs and he was taken to Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx in critical condition. Police wouldn't comment about reports that the victim was drunk.
Last week, five other people were struck by trains, three of whom died.
