Two teens were shot to death minutes apart early Sunday in separate incidents in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Carlton Bright, 19, was found lying on Pacific Street in Crown Heights with a gunshot wound to the stomach about 1 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Bright’s step-father, Donald Oats, 44, told the Daily News that Bright tried to break up a fight before he was killed.

In the second shooting, Cheybenne Baez, 17, was found shot in the back about 1:15 a.m. on East 128th Street in Harlem, and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

A 30-year-old man was also hurt and hospitalized with a gunshot wound in the thigh.
