Uma Thurman’s jailed stalker failed to get his $500,000 bail reduced yesterday, meaning he’ll continue his stay behind bars.
“That bail is just extremely high,” his attorney Sam Roberts reportedly told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro. “Ms. Thurman is not a vulnerable victim.”
Jack Jordan, 39, was jailed in November after violating his probation by contacting the “Kill Bill” actress. He faces felony criminal contempt charges, which his lawyers are trying to argue down citing the nonviolent nature of Jordan’s contact.
Jordan’s due in court Feb. 23 to hear whether the charges will be reduced.
