Vivian Campbell will continue to tour despite cancer diagnosis

Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell announced Monday that he's been undergoing chemotherapy to fight Hodgkin's Lymphoma since March.

The 50-year-old Northern Irish musician, however, said he wouldn't let the disease slow him down and will continue to tour with the band.

"Hodgkin's has an over 80% cure rate, so by my reckoning, if you're going to have a cancer, Hodgie's is the one to have!" he said in a statement.
