Two weeks after Lindsay Lohan completed her formal probation, the troubled starlet is facing yet another possible legal quagmire stemming from a supposed altercation last Thursday night. As TMZ.com first reported, a woman filed an incident report alleging battery with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department, claiming that Lohan, 25, started a fight with her inside the Standard Hotel.
Doesn't sound too outside the realm for the former "Mean Girls" star, but sources close to LiLo told TMZ the back-to-red-haired starlet wasn't even out that night, choosing to stay home and catch up on Showtime drama "Homeland." TMZ also spoke with six people at the hotel and none claimed to have seen Linz on Thursday.
Hmm.
Is Lindsay the victim of setup whose scenario is totally plausable? Did the starlet turn over a new leaf and actually - stayed home on a Thursday to watch Claire Danes take on Al-Qaeda? Stay tuned!
Lohan's publicist, Steve Honig, is naturally calling BS, telling RadarOnline.com: "Whomever is responsible for this lie will be held accountable."
