NYC bicyclist killed by hit-and-run driver, cops say

Police say a man riding his bicycle before dawn in his Queens neighborhood was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver.

Wayne White was pronounced dead Saturday just after the 5 a.m. accident in the borough's Springfield Gardens section.

The 50-year-old bicyclist was hit while riding on North Conduit Avenue, about a half dozen blocks from his home.

Police are looking for the driver who hit him.
