After watching Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, we had one question: Who styled Miley Cyrus? Yes, the 19-year-old's pants-less ensemble - consisting of a low-cut white blazer - was trying too hard to be "I'm sexy," but it was the actress' over-coiffed mop that made us wonder if she was trying to look like an extra from "Dallas."
