After a holiday reprieve, straphangers will again have to read the fine print to navigate weekend subway service.

More than two dozen service changes are scheduled beginning late Friday, affecting every major line but the Nos. 1, 6, E, L and M trains. Among the most inconvenienced with be straphangers using the busy Fulton Street station in downtown Manhattan.

The changes there include:

— No Brooklyn-bound 2 or 3 trains and no C service in either direction. Riders should take the 4,5 or A trains, although the A is replaced by shuttle buses from Jay Street to Utica Avenue in Brooklyn.

— Straphangers will need to exit the station to transfer between many lines, as the MTA is tearing down a ramp and two staircases as part of the $1.4 billion overhaul of the stop.

Riders should visit www.tripplanner.mta.info or call 718-330-1234 for travel information.
