Woman fatally struck by 1 train in fifth incident in four days

A woman was hit and killed by a No. 1 train in Manhattan Sunday, the fifth subway-related injury or death since Thursday. The victim, in her 30s, was found on the southbound Canal St. station tracks around 1:30 p.m. It's unclear how she wound up on the tracks.
