A woman suffering from incurable breast cancer has recanted testimony that helped convict two men for murder in the Bronx 20 years ago.

The New York Post reported that 60-year-old Penny Denor Cameron admitted several months ago that she had lied under oath in the1991 murder case that landed the men 25-year prison terms.

She said she came clean because she is dying.

The Post said Cameron fingered Carlos Morillo and José Garcia in the fatal shooting of a drug dealer.

She said she bowed from pressure from an overzealous detective to accuse them.

Garcia was released in 2007. The Post said he received a $7.5 million settlement from the city after Cameron recanted.

Morillo was released on Nov. 2. His lawyer is planning a lawsuit.
