A woman miraculously escaped major injury after she was run over by a No. 6 train today, officials said.

The woman, who was not identified, fell onto the tracks around noon at the 59th-Street/Lexington Avenue station when a southbound train passed over her, the MTA said.

Police said she initially refused medical attention, but was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.

Train service was disrupted for about an hour.
