Workers at NYC scrap yard find cash in old fridge

A worker at a Queens scrap yard found a stash of cash inside a dumped refrigerator.

A man brought the appliance to the yard in the Ozone Park section on Saturday and apparently didn't know the money was inside, according to CBS New York.

His wife showed up later but left without leaving her name after workers said it wouldn't be possible to find the money.

One of the employees decided to make a search, and found the funds. They're looking for the rightful owners to claim the cash.
