Yingguan Chen, 68, killed by gunfire in Brooklyn, NYPD says

The NYPD says a 68-year-old man has been fatally shot in Brooklyn.
Police say gunfire broke out on 7th Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Monday. Police found Yingguan Chen shot in the head, torso and right arm.
Chen was transported to Lutheran Hospital, where the Brooklyn man was later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
