Nina Castro McCann of Williston Park was recently honored as one of Long Island's Top 25 Advocates for Latino Empowerment for 2014 by The Hispanic Network, a business development firm. McCann is director of marketing for the Uniondale law firm Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, where she is credited with launching and promoting the firm's diversity fellowship program. She also serves on the Public Relations Professionals of Long Island's board of directors as well as Nassau Community College's Paralegal Advisory Board.
