Norris is a pitcher you can believe in

The season didn't begin well for Astros righthander Bud Norris. He allowed nine runs in 10 innings in his first two starts and he might have been dropped. Others completely ignored him because of a 4.92 ERA last season.
The signs of a breakout are there. In six starts, he has a 10.85 K/9, 3.03 ERA, and 1.26 WHIP. A 4.51 BB/9 hindered his ascent last season and it is 3.03 so far. Norris has allowed three earned runs in 25 2/3 innings since the first two starts. Believe.
Other players to consider adding:
Eric Hosmer (Royals, 1B): One of the top prospects in baseball, he batted .439 with three home runs, three stolen bases, and a .581 slugging percentage in 26 games at Triple-A. Has a great eye, so expect a good average, 15-20 home runs, and stolen bases. Worth an add in most mixed leagues.
Scott Sizemore (Tigers, 2B): Struggled last season, but wasn't healthy. Sizemore can reach double digits in homers and stolen bases. An add in deeper mixed leagues.
Jason Bourgeois (Astros, OF): In his first 50 plate appearances, he had 12 stolen bases -- his total last season. Playing time is a concern, but he started Friday when Carlos Lee returned and started at second Saturday. If you can stream him in daily leagues, he will help in steals.
Mark Melancon (Astros, RP): Takes over as closer with Brandon Lyon on the disabled list and had a clean inning Friday for a save. Should be owned in all leagues.
Vicente Padilla (Dodgers, RP): Will take over the ninth inning with Jonathan Broxton injured. Hong-Chih Kuo hasn't looked great since coming off the disabled list, but is rosterable in deeper leagues.
Trevor Plouffe (Twins, SS): Homered in first at-bat of the season Friday. Batted .282 with six home runs, 13 RBIs and a .934 OPS in 78 at-bats at Triple-A. Add Plouffe in AL-only leagues.
