North Hempstead Town’s longest-wedded couples will retie the knot during a Valentine’s Day event in Port Washington.

The town’s fourth annual Valentine’s Day Marriage Vow Renewal, for those married at least 50 years, will take place at 11 a.m. on Feb. 14 at the town’s Harbor Links Golf Course.

The town expects around 70 couples to participate in the ceremony, which will include a celebratory brunch and comments from the couples on their secrets to long relationships.

“Perhaps those of us still young in our relationships can learn something from these couples about how to love,” Town Clerk Leslie Gross, who originated the event, said in a statement.
