Northern State Parkway ramps closed for repairs, DOT says

Ramps that connect Marcus Avenue and the Northern State Parkway in Lake Success will be closed Wednesday and Thursday so work crews can fix deteriorated pavement, the state Department of Transportation said.

The ramp from the eastbound Northern State Parkway to Marcus Avenue will be closed Wednesday; the Marcus Avenue ramp to the eastbound Northern State Parkway will be closed Thursday, the agency said.

The closures are scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., weather permitting, the agency said.

Drivers will be warned via overhead and electronic road signs and should take alternate routes to avoid delays.
