Regarding "LIPA acknowledges over-collecting $136M" [News, March 26], after overcharging ratepayers, the Long Island Power Authority says it's going to make things right by offering a whopping 1.9 percent discount? Mark my words: One day the people of Long Island are going to open up their LIPA bills, open the windows and shout out, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore."
