A Staten Island sixth-grader who sang at the Academy Awards with her school chorus is in the national spotlight again.

Denise Bestman stars in a commercial for Target promoting the sale of British artist Adele's hit album "21." The spot debuted during the Grammy Awards where Adele won six awards.

Denise is seen on a city bus singing "Rolling In The Deep." She's later joined by other girls on the bus. The song then transitions to Adele's version.

The Staten Island Advance says Target tracked Denise down after seeing her lead the P.S. 22 Chorus in a version of the song on YouTube.

Denise was a member of the chorus when they sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" at the Oscars last year.

She now attends Edwin Markham Intermediate School. -- AP
