Patrick O'Hea's two second-half touchdowns helped Ward Melville climb out of an early hole and eventually beat Central Islip, 33-26, in Division I football on Friday.

The Patriots (2-3) rallied from an 18-0 deficit in the first quarter and took a 27-26 lead in the third quarter on O'Hea's 1-yard TD. He scored again with a minute remaining.

Lindenhurst 6:Mike Pellegrino ran for 145 yards and two TDs and had 19 tackles and three sacks to lead Connetquot (4-1). Tommy McInerney had two interceptions, a sack and a fumble recovery.Brentwood 26, Patchogue-Medford 9: Divine Daniel ran for 62 yards, caught a 25-yard touchdown and snagged two interceptions, one returned for a 44-yard touchdown to lead Brentwood (3-2).

Bay Shore 35, Whitman 0:Kevin Cox threw for 122 yards and a TD and ran for 52 yards and a score for Bay Shore (3-2). Karl Allison rushed for 175 yards and two touchdowns and Josh Valentin had 10 tackles, a sack and two forced fumbles.

Commack 28, Sachem East 0: John Donovan ran for 97 yards and a TD and senior Mark Reico had his first varsity TD to lead Commack (3-2). Reico had 10 tackles and Alex Keyles recovered a fumble in the end zone.

Sachem North 28, Northport 7:Jesse Scanna ran for 124 yards and a TD and added 11 tackles for Sachem North (5-0). The Flaming Arrows totaled 438 yards on offense.
