INSP Saturday adds vintage desert-set hour "The High Chaparral" (Saturday 1 p.m.-2 a.m.); its schedule already includes Barbara Stanwyck's "The Big Valley" (weekdays 3-5 p.m. and midnight-2 a.m.) and next weekend adds "The Virginian" (Sept. 22 at 1 p.m.). Encore Westerns keeps loading up its afternoon hours with vintage TV oaters, now running nonstop 2-8 p.m. weekdays; highlights include half-hours "Have Gun -- Will Travel" (2:50 p.m.) and early episodes of "Gunsmoke" (aka "Marshal Dillon," 5:10 and 5:40 p.m.).
