IS ELVIS OVER? Thirty-three years after his death Aug. 16, 1977, Elvismania seems to be fading. Where Elvis Presley used to be all over TV on the date he died, he's hardly to be found now. HENDRIX, CLAPTON, BECK And Les Paul, let's not forget. "Electrified: The Guitar Revolution" (Sunday at 8 p.m., Smithsonian) traces the history of the electric guitar from big bands to jazz to rock and roll. It's part of Smithsonian Channel's Inside the Music month. Online viewing, too, at smithsonianchannel .com.

ROAST HOFF. Yum!
