AWARDS ALERT Jack Black is back as host of the annual all-star "Kids' Choice Awards" (Saturday night at 8, Nickelodeon), where the Black Eyed Peas perform and Justin Timberlake gets The Big Help Award. "The Best of the American Comedy Awards" (Saturday night at 8, TV Land) revisits 1987-2001 ceremonies to set up The Comedy Awards airing April 10. CIVIL WAR SALUTES The 150th anniversary of the North-South conflict is commemorated all over TV this month. Kicking things off is PBS' encore of Ken Burns' career-making docuseries "The Civil War" (Sunday-Thursday at 8 p.m., WNET/13). Turner Classic Movies contributes Civil War films Monday and Wednesday nights in April, starting with 1939's "Gone With the Wind" (Monday at 8 p.m.) and 1957's Elizabeth Taylor-Montgomery Clift pairing "Raintree County" (Monday at midnight). ANOTHER CAMELOT Do you have Reelz Channel? DirecTV, Dish and FiOS are among those airing "The Kennedys" (Sunday at 8 p.m., continuing through April 10, Reelz).
