SILENT NIGHT It's no holiday event. Saturday night's overnight lineup on Turner Classic Movies spotlights silent-screen icon Charlie Chaplin. Earlier Chaplin shorts and features continue through "The Gold Rush" (Sunday morning at 4:45 a.m., TCM). Full lineup at tcm.com/schedule.
EENY BIT OF ELVIS Poor Presley. His birthday used to occasion 24-hour tributes. Now, he's down to a mere morning triple-feature: "Clambake," "It Happened at the World's Fair" and "Spinout" (Sunday at 6, 8 and 10 a.m., TCM). More at tcm.com.

And "Snakeman of Appalachia" (Thursday at 9 p.m., Animal Planet) follows the family of a father who services serpent-handling churches.
