"The Essentials Jr." (Sunday at 8 p.m., Turner Classic Movies) returns for another summer run, with host Bill Hader helping parents and kids appreciate Hollywood classics. SUMMER DOCUMENTARIES HBO unreels real-life premieres every week every summer. This year's lineup launches with "Bobby Fischer Against the World" (Monday 9-10:45 p.m., HBO), an eye-opening portrait of the Brooklyn chess prodigy who became a grandmaster at 14, famously challenged Russian champ Boris Spassky during the Cold War, then gave up chess for decades before coming to an odd end.
