Eerie episodes come from "Family Matters" (Saturday at 8 a.m., MTV2), "Roseanne" (Sunday at 9:30 a.m., Logo) and a new outing of "The Neighbors" (Friday at 8:30 p.m., ABC/7), plus daily runs of "The Addams Family" and "The Munsters" (weekdays at 2:30 and 3 p.m., weeknights at midnight and 12:30, Boomerang). Silent film legend Lon Chaney is just about the evilest man alive in director Tod Browning's enduring jungle creepfest "West of Zanzibar" (Saturday at 2:15 a.m., Turner Classic Movies).
