Off the Wall has never known what to wear.
SPOOKY STUFF Sunday's Fanfare section spotlights dozens of Halloween tube happenings. In the meantime, check out these choices. Eerie episodes come from "Family Matters" (Saturday at 8 a.m., MTV2), "Roseanne" (Sunday at 9:30 a.m., Logo) and a new outing of "The Neighbors" (Friday at 8:30 p.m., ABC/7), plus daily runs of "The Addams Family" and "The Munsters" (weekdays at 2:30 and 3 p.m., weeknights at midnight and 12:30, Boomerang). Silent film legend Lon Chaney is just about the evilest man alive in director Tod Browning's enduring jungle creepfest "West of Zanzibar" (Saturday at 2:15 a.m., Turner Classic Movies). Newer flicks include family faves "Halloweentown," "Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge," "Halloweentown High" and "Return to Halloweentown" (Monday-Thursday at 8:30 p.m., Disney). Animated frights can be found in the new specials "Spookley the Square Pumpkin" and "Monstrous Holiday" (Wednesday at 4 and 6 p.m., Cartoon Network), along with a classic "Invader Zim" (Tuesday at 9 p.m., Nicktoons). And then there's zombie lore deconstructed on a special "MythBusters" (Thursday at 10 p.m., Discovery). Video at discovery.com/mythbusters.
'DEAD' STACK-UP Here come more of 'em -- "The Walking Dead" (Season 3 encores Saturday 1 p.m.-5 a.m., also Sunday 5 a.m.-8 p.m.; Season 4 begins at 9 p.m., encore 11 p.m., AMC). Catch up with last season, then dive into the new, followed by the return of 10 p.m.'s "Talking Dead" chatfest. All things "Dead" at amctv.com/thewalkingdead.
LONG ISLAND OSCAR NOMINEE Women with cancer get a beauty break at the Islip salon in the Oscar-nominated documentary "Mondays at Racine" (Monday at 9 p.m., HBO), where free treatments are designed to empower patients undergoing chemotherapy. It's followed by two other Oscar nominees -- "Redemption" (9:40 p.m.), a look at New Yorkers who survive by collecting bottles and cans, and "Open Heart" (10:20 p.m.), with child patients at Sudan's Salam Centre for Cardiac Emergency. Video previews at hbo.com/docs.
UNSCRIPTED PREMIERES Dating gets some new twists in the weekday strip "The Hook Up" (weekdays at 6 p.m., MTV), hosted by Andrew Schulz of "Guy Code" and "Girl Code." Long Island's own magicmeister takes us behind the scenes in his twisted series, "Criss Angel BeLIEve" (Tuesday at 10 p.m., Spike), promising 11 "epic illusions" in 11 weekly episodes. "Gem Hunt" (Tuesday at 10 p.m., Travel Channel) takes us all over the world, tracking gemologists heading first to Vietnam; future treks include Brazil, Madagascar, Nepal and other far-flung locales. There's Angel magic online at believe.spike.com.
WHAT (NOT) NOT TO WATCH It's the end for "What Not to Wear" (Friday at 9 p.m., TLC), the popular style series that made stars of Comsewogue High grad Clinton Kelly, now on "The Chew," and Stacy London, since busy with commercial work. Leading up to the series finale is Friday's noon-8 p.m. marathon, plus 8 p.m.'s fan mail hour. The finale finds the pair revisiting previous stops to make sure folks have stayed stylish, then arriving at their own big Las Vegas goodbye bash. Check their top style rules at tlc.com/wntw.
