The heroes of "Kidnap & Rescue" (Saturday night at 10, Discovery) are dedicated to finding the lost. Heidi Klum hosts "Seriously Funny Kids" (Tuesday at 9 and 9:30 p.m., Lifetime), sort of a modern take on children saying the darnedest things.
