Off the Wall beats the heat with heaps of drama.

HOURS OF HORROR Directors of derangement strut their stuff in "Masters of Horror" (Saturday 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Sunday 8 p.m.-2 a.m., Chiller), a collection of hourlong scares from the likes of John Carpenter, Tobe Hooper and Don Coscarelli. More at chillertv.com.

DRAMA SERIES DELUGE It feels like fall with all the shows debuting and returning this week. "The Bridge" (Saturday at 8 p.m., CBS/2) stars "Battlestar Galactica" chief Aaron Douglas as a police union leader caught up in all kinds of chaos (in orderly Toronto). "The Glades" (tomorrow at 10 p.m., A&E) stars Matt Passmore ("Underbelly") as a Chicago cop exiled to Florida swamp country. Following the return of "The Closer" (Monday marathon 6 a.m.-9 p.m., leading up to the season premiere at 9 p.m., TNT), Angie Harmon takes the lead in the new Boston police detective saga "Rizzoli & Isles" (Monday at 10 p.m., TNT). Piper Perabo is a CIA trainee suddenly promoted for mysterious reasons in "Covert Affairs" (Tuesday at 10 p.m., USA), where the sleek supporting cast includes Christopher Gorham, Peter Gallagher, Kari Matchett, Anne Dudek and Sendhil Ramamurthy. Also back for more: "Psych" (Wednesday at 10 p.m., USA).

CONCERT FOR THE GULF Try, try again. After last week's weather postponement, they'll give another go to "Jimmy Buffett & Friends: Live From the Gulf Coast" (Sunday at 7 p.m., CMT). The ad-free 90-minute show from Gulf Shores, Ala., was originally slated to star Kenny Chesney, Allen Touissant and the Zac Brown Band. Details at cmt.com.

THE REALITY OF SPORTS Since athletes just never get enough face time, they're spending their offseasons shooting unscripted shows. The Cincinnati Bengals receiver last seen on "Dancing With the Stars" goes solo on the dating show "Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch" (Sunday at 9 p.m., VH1), which leads in to the season premiere of footballer Terrell Owens' "The T.O. Show" (Sunday at 10 p.m., VH1). A new season brings wilder obstacles on skateboarder "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory"(Monday at 9:30 p.m., MTV), where an L.A. warehouse is home to his craziest fantasies. Video at mtv.com/ontv.

LI ON TV What does your brain really look like on drugs? (No, not eggs in a frying pan.) Find out when "Drugs Inc." (Monday 8-10 p.m., Tuesday 9-11 p.m., NatGeo) visits Brookhaven National Laboratory, as the four-hour docuseries studies the physical, psychological, economic and social impact of drug abuse. Switching to reality mode, Syfy premieres a new Thursday-night block built around "Mary Knows Best" (9 p.m., Syfy), following LI psychic and mom Mary Occhino. Her brood includes paranormal expert Chris, skeptical journalist Carl (a Newsday.com staffer), and psychic daughter Jackie. More at syfy.com/maryknowsbest.
