The grand finale of AMC's Mob Week then flashes forward with the '70s classics "The Godfather" and "The Godfather, Part II" (Saturday at 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.), plus Al Pacino's '80s wallow "Scarface" (Saturday night at 11).
