GANGLAND CINEMA Rat-a-tat goes the soundtrack on AMC much of this weekend, starting with Saturday morning's rare airing of James Cagney's shockingly brutal 1931 bootlegging tale, "The Public Enemy" (6 a.m., AMC). The grand finale of AMC's Mob Week then flashes forward with the '70s classics "The Godfather" and "The Godfather, Part II" (Saturday at 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.), plus Al Pacino's '80s wallow "Scarface" (Saturday night at 11). Sunday has Martin Scorsese's "Mean Streets" (7 a.m.), more "Scarface" (9:30 a.m.), Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" (1:30 p.m.) and Scorsese's "The Departed" (4:30 p.m., all on AMC) -- all leading into chem capo Walter White on "Breaking Bad" (8p.m. previous episode encore, 9 p.m. new hour, AMC). NEW CHANNELS Regis returns! On the new national channel Fox Sports 1 -- launching Saturday (in the former Speed slot with most TV providers) -- Philbin hosts the New York-based live weeknight talkfest "Crowd Goes Wild" (Monday-Friday at 5 p.m., FS1). The flagship highlights show is "Fox Sports Live" (nightly at 11). More at fox sports1.com . . . Also starting up: the news channel Al Jazeera America (launching Tuesday), a U.S. offshoot of Qatar's privately owned world news service.
