Orlando concert knocked out a second time
Perhaps he knocked twice on the pipes to say he couldn't show.
Tony Orlando fans in Nassau will have to wait another year to see him at Eisenhower Park. The “Knock Three Times” singer was supposed to cap off Nassau’s summer concert series on Sept. 3, but the event was bumped due to what turned out to be a whimpy Hurricane Earl. So he was moved to Wednesday.
Now the “Tie A Yellow Ribbon 'Round The Ole Oak Tree” singer has been rescheduled for some time next summer, Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano announced Tuesday.
