Oyster Bay Harbor cleanup set for April 27

The 20th annual Oyster Bay Harbor Cleanup Day will be April 27.
The event is sponsored by the Town of Oyster Bay, North Oyster Bay Baymen’s Association and Friends of the Bay.
Some volunteers clean up beaches from the shoreline while others work from boats.
The cleanup will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those interested in participating can call 516-677-5853 or sign up the day of the event.
The central meeting place will be the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park launching ramps on Larrabee Avenue.
