Oyster Bay Town approves office building
The Oyster Bay Town Board on Tuesday approved a site plan for a three-story, 135,091- square-foot office building at 400 Jericho Quadrangle.
The site plan for the building proposed by We’Re Associates Inc. was reviewed and approved by the town Planning Advisory Board in October.
The town board approval was conditional on lighting around the building not causing any inconvenience or glare for neighbors or vehicles on nearby roads.
