Oyster Bay Town hazardous waste program set for April

The first of eight 2013 household hazardous waste disposal (S.T.O.P.-Stop Throwing Out Pollutants), electronic waste and drug collection programs for Oyster Bay Town residents is scheduled for April 13.
It will be held at the Old Bethpage Solid Waste Disposal Complex at 101 Bethpage-Sweet Hollow Rd. in Old Bethpage.
The S.T.O.P. program is in its 28th year. A brochure about the program, including a list of what can be disposed of, can be downloaded at www.oysterbaytown.com.
