Passover: Stocking kosher specialties

Passover doesn't start for another month, but supermarkets already have started stocking kosher-for-Passover specialties. One of my favorites is Streit's dark chocolate-covered egg matzos. This week, I strolled through the Passover aisle at Waldbaum's and couldn't stop myself from picking up a box ($4.99 for two matzos).
