Long Island’s abundance of natural beauty is on display in a photography exhibit at the museum at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve in Smithtown.

Photos by Jeffrey Bevis, of Blue Point, and Stuart McCallum, of Wading River, are on view at the park through April 17. The exhibit is sponsored by Princess Ronkonkoma Productions, a nonprofit group of disabled artists.

The exhibit, titled “Elements of Nature,” includes color photos by Bevis, a quadriplegic, and black-and-white pictures taken by McCallum, who has Parkinson’s disease. Bevis, 56, said he used a Nikon D300 digital camera as he took pictures at county and state parks throughout Long Island.

The park, at 581 West Jericho Tpke., is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays to Sundays. Call 631-265-1054 for more information.
