Picketers growing hoarse: 'What do we want? Contract!"
Picketers in front of MTA headquarters have been growing hoarse, with some voices breaking as they chant “What do we want? Contract! If we don't get it — shut it down!”
Generally, a permit is required from the police to use a bullhorn or other amplification device.
