Third Squad detectives have arrested a Port Washington man for allegedly exposing himself Sunday to a girl in a Westbury department store, Nassau police said.

Lautaro Zambrano, 59, of 101 Bayview Ave. is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, stalking and public lewdness after police arrested him at about 3:26 p.m. in the parking lot of the Walmart at 1220 Old Country Rd.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said Zambrano exposed himself to a 7-year-old girl who was in a children's clothing aisle with her mother nearby.

The girl told her mother of the incident, and the mother then notified store security.

Security personnel from the store detained Zambrano in the parking lot until police arrived, according to a report by Third Squad detectives.

Anyone with information on the incident can call Nassau police at 516-573-6356.
