To avoid the bitter controversy over measures like the Zadroga bill in the future ["LI's 9/11 heroes rejoice as health bill passes," News, Dec. 23], I suggest that in the event of a terrorist attack, earthquake, hurricane or flood disaster, all 535 members of Congress be mobilized and shipped to the site for the cleanup operation.
