Poll: Do you agree with Cuomo on teacher evaluations?

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has submitted a proposal to allow parents only to view teacher assessments. Cuomo's bill would permit parents and legal guardians to see ratings for individual teachers. But information for the public would be handled differently. His bill would require that schools put the ratings online — but redact teachers' names.
