Poll: Good to close Catholic schools?

Parents of Catholic school students have expressed surprise and outrage that the Diocese of Rockville Centre plans to shutter six grammar schools next year. But the diocese says it's a necessary move in the face of declining enrollment -- saying it simply doesn't  need as many buildings as in the past.

Is the move the right decision?
